IE7 and Runonce.msn.com failing

After I installed the IE7 final version last night, everything was cool.  Today, when I tried to launch, the runonce.msn.com page kept trying to load and then timed out and failed.

I did find a solution here:

http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=75475

In short, to prevent this page from loading, edit/add these 2 keys:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]
"RunOnceComplete"=dword:00000001
"RunOnceHasShown"=dword:00000001

Maybe runonce is failing due to the MSN page being overwhelmed with new IE7 installations?
